A: Our physical office is in Atlanta, GA, but we also coach clients throughout the US via skype, facetime, webcam, and phone.
A: Any appointment can be rescheduled. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the session, it will count towards your package.
A: Coaching is different from therapy. Coaching is not designed to address psychological issues and therefore not therapeutic in nature. While emotional issues may arise, the primary focus of life coaching is to help you identify your goals, achieve them, and develop constructive habits and skills. The goal of coaching is to create what you want now and in the future.
